On May 2nd, voters approved a 1% income tax to support Adena Local Schools. This web page has been set up to provide useful information regarding how this income tax will work. As it becomes available, more information and documents will be posted to this page for the benefit of taxpayers.

The Finder - will help determine if you live within our school district to confirm if you should pay the income tax. Please remember to verify this information with your county auditor.

Employer letter - helps employers with withholding requirements and indicates which school districts need to have income taxes withheld.

Forms - enter IT 4 in the box to bring up a copy of the IT 4 form to print out, complete and give to your employer to notify your employer to withhold the income tax.

Additional Forms - Quarterly Filers should enter SD 100ES then print out the form entitled "School District Estimated Income Tax Payment Voucher for Individuals - 2007". There are two worksheets included with the four vouchers to help you calculate quarterly payments. Farmers, federal employees, those self employed, etc. (there could be others) may want to print out these worksheets to help determine their quarterly payments, if any.
