National Honor Society
The National Honor Society is an organization established to give special recognition to students, throughout the United States who have displayed the qualities of scholarship, leadership, service, and character during their high school years.
Junior High Honor Society
The Junior High Honor Society is a group of students who are chosen for membership according to grade point average, character, service, and leadership.

The Adena Color Guard is the auxiliary group that performs with the Marching Band. This groups adds the visual element to the marching band show through the use of flags and other equipment. They rehearse with the Marching Band during August and after-school once the school year begins. They perform with the Marching Band during all performances.
The Adena Drama Department is a school organization where students can experience the different types of drama.
Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America, is a nonprofit national career and technical student organization for young men and women in family and consumer sciences education in public and private school through grade 12.
